Ingredients
25ml Gin with a hint of Zesty
Raspberry Honey
15ml Cointreau
40ml Orange Juice
15ml Lemon Juice
10ml Honey Syrup
(1:1 honey and water)
1 tsp Marmalade (with peel)
Method
Shake over ice, strain and top with 35 ml Sparkling Wine.

Heat up, then add

Mix honey lemon and gin in pint glass and stir until the honey is dissolved, add a scoop of ice and top with a refreshing pilsner style beer from Seeks Beer

(optional it gives more foam!)

Method
If using egg white, dry shake for 10 seconds, then add ice and shake for 10 more seconds, strain into a coupe glass
